Two free tools: a GST calculator and the state code list

    A free GST calculator. Add GST to an amount or strip it back out of a total, and get the CGST, SGST and IGST figures exactly as they need to appear on the invoice — not one combined GST number you then have to halve yourself. No signup, and it runs entirely in your browser

    A complete GST state code list, with the character-by-character breakdown of what each part of a GSTIN means and how the state code decides whether you charge CGST + SGST or IGST. It includes the codes that changed in 2020, which most versions of this list still get wrong

Nothing tells you it worked unless it did

    WhatsApp messages sent to your business number were not reaching the app. They are now — if you were expecting replies from clients and saw none, this is why

    Login codes now fall back to another channel when the first one fails, instead of giving up. A failed send also no longer starts your cooldown, so you can retry straight away

    Webhook endpoints could be created and would appear to save, but were never stored and would never have fired. Webhooks are now clearly unavailable rather than silently broken, and will return once endpoint signing is in place

    A credit note line discount is now applied to the total. It was previously accepted and ignored, so a credit note could be saved for more than intended

    Requesting deletion of your data now gives you a reference number, and the request is recorded before you are told it was received. Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we now say so instead of promising a complete erasure

Every document, one consistent experience

    Quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans, credit notes and debit notes have been rebuilt to look and behave like the rest of the app — same tables, same forms, same actions, with your numbers and statuses unchanged

    Sending any document by email or WhatsApp now works the same way everywhere, and every send is recorded so you can see what went to which client
